LITTLE WINGS
 
little wings
take me far away
show me what I know
but cannot find here
 
little wings
fly me over hill and vale
leave me in the clouds of love
 
yet if you find me there alone
dear little wings
safely lead me home
 
guide my flight
between day and night

UTOPIAN UNITY
 
if i could make three wishes
for the world
 
i would wish
 
for kindness
for hope
for love
 
for if there were kindness
there would be hope for love
 
and if there were love
there would surely be hope
for kindness
 
and if there were all three
 
utopian unity

ONE GOD LISTENS
 
 
They pray with tongues
of many voices
from many lands
the multitude of pleas
like heaven's stars
and ONE GOD LISTENS
 
 
Faces upturned
hearts uplifted
in supplication
in anticipation
and ONE GOD LISTENS
 
 
Hands folded in prayer
even when the prayer is unspoken
it is answered before it is said
an All Loving Source
already knows our needs
and ONE GOD LISTENS
 
 
They plea with questions
of many beliefs and religions
from many lands
so many names for the Chosen One
and ONE GOD LISTENS

TO YOU BELONGS TOMORROW
 
 
all of our yesterdays belong to God
even still our past often enters
our trailing thoughts
 
 
though you may have witnessed
hardships and sorrows
yield these feelings to God
 
 
may your cherished dreams
your treasured hopes
for life be fulfilled
 
 
to you belongs tomorrow

keeper of the dream
 
 
 
keeper of the dream
 
wander through the plan
 
seek the path
 
to journey to the answers
 
if one should hold you back
 
or cast you to confusion
 
keep the course
 
and progress beyond illusion
 
all the setbacks and questionings
 
have been for the seeker's heart
 
to reach for answers
 
found in wisdom
 
beyond the clouds
 
in courses set for dreamers
 
bold journeys
 
to become
 
the keeper of the dream
